Within 10 business days of receiving your order it will be printed and shipped to you. When ordering a custom portrait, allow 15 business days for the illustration and printing process. Rush processing is available, email Sham@Shampop.com for more information. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the portrait and a full refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. If you place a custom order with an original photo that you have uploaded and you are unsatisfied, you can return your portrait for a partial refund of the total price (this would be equivalent the cost of the print, not the full price which includes the drawing process).
